Creating and adding additional emails can be done through the My Account Portal or by contacting a CommSpeed representative. If you do not yet have your access created please contact CommSpeed at 1-888-772-1137. After you have access to your My Account Portal you will go to the services link in the top menu. In the services section you will see four options: Bundles, Email, User Site and Expedience Modem. Choose the Bundles link to change settings to your plan. In the Bundles section you will expand the Rate Plan you are on and you will see an Email heading with an Add button, click this. In the Add section you have 3 fields to fill in. The first field is the Username. This is where you will enter what you would like as your email address. After that the next field is for your password, this is where you enter what you would like as your password. Finally there is the forward field. If you would like this email to forward all emails to another email address enter that email address here. When you are finished click Add Service to finish creating the email. If the email address you are trying to create is in use you will get an error at the top of the frame.
